lucyandjack55 Hi Monica! I have no idea why your purchase hasn’t been delivered yet. I was following the tracking and it said that delivery will be late, but now it is stuck saying it’s on to the next facility. Hopefully it is not lost. I will keep an eye on it.

heads177 Hi just wanted to reach and to you and thank you for your purchase, I wanted to get your item out to you today,but on collecting your sandals I realized that it didn’t come with the box that was advertised with the sandal,not sure if that will be a disappointment for you but I do have a Tory Burch store handle paper bag I can offer to you with the sandals. I sent them a message just now letting them know that you were aware it would be shipped later because I was away. This has never happened to me on here before. I'll still ship the dress tomorrow like promised, but not sure what will happen with the payment. Do you want me to until I hear back from them? Or still ship it?
