I am realizing that I need to get a little better focused as my son's wedding is in three weeks and then he just commissioned with the Marines and will be shipped off the end of September. So, I definitely want to try it, but don't know how soon I would actually get around to it.

bxelias So did you buy the dress by mistake? I'm not sure how that happened because even if you press buy now another question will pop asking if you are sure and unless you press yes it won't process the order. I wish you reached out earlier we would have cancelled the order( not sure if we could or contact posh) but I have already shipped the dress. I included a free sweater the one you liked the color of for free.

monicawren @bxelias As soon as I saw what you said, I checked my orders and nothing was there (other than the 2 things I've purchased) so I thought maybe you had me confused with someone else and it was just being shipped elsewhere. I honestly don't know how it could have happened. Of all the items I'm trying to decide on, that one is definitely not one. It would have been the one I asked you about.

I didn't purchase the dress or even hit the like symbol and I don't know what sweater you are referring to. I have no idea how this happened. Like I said, there is a dress you have that I asked you about that I really want if it fits, if anything, that would have been the one I would try to purchase, among many other items of your that I do like. I am not sure what to do now.

To be honest I feel bad and I wish you have reached out to me before I have shipped it. I want everyone that buys from me to be happy and even though it's not something I did I'll try to contact poshmark tomorrow to see if you can be credited back and you can go ahead and keep the items.

bxelias @monicawren I'm not sure if poshmark deal with something like that since this never happen to me with over 100 items sold but I'm willing to take the loss and ask them if they are willing to credit your money. I don't want you to get stuck with something you purchased by mistake.

bxelias Hi, so I just e-mailed poshmark and explained the situation. I told them that I'm willing to take the loss and I want you to be happy. Now I'm not sure if you know or not that poshmark charges 20% for sales over $15. So I'm not sure how much you paid total but I'm only getting $20. So I'm willing to give you back that $20 and you can keep the items but I'm not sure how poshmark will handle their fee/ shipping since that out of my hand.

I appreciate what you said about a future purchase and not feeling obligated, but you do have a lot I like and would like to purchase from you at some point- even if I can't get something before the wedding. I am still baffled by what happened, but if it can happen that easy by accident I just deleted my payment for now. Thanks for your help again , very much appreciated.

monicawren @bxelias Sorry, I had a few vbusy days and after being buried by emails from Posh, even though I turned off all notifications, that there was an email from Support. I had notified them through the app on my phone. They just said thank you for letting them know and that you received the earnings but didn't respond to me saying I didn't want you to take the loss if its possible to get a return label. They said for me to have you contact them directly for further assistance.
