DO NOT ACCEPT OFFERS FROM THIS BUYER. She puts out constant offers and messages and then never actually intends to pay for the item. She sent me an offer about 3 or 4 times and I told her no and she still sent them in. I looked at her account and read the comments. Everyone on this post clearly has seen a pattern-- when she puts in an offer she never intends to pay for the item because every "payment is declined"

I will say I'm sorry we've gotten into it on here and I'm done. But I would encourage you to fix that on your end so it doesn't happen again. If you truly are interested I will negotiate.
