emjaygee @monicagilliam Are you using the app on your phone or the desktop version? If you are using the app, you just go to the sell icon at the bottom and it’s step by step it will walk you through it. I would take photos of your item first. lillieolivia Hey there! I never contact a buyer from me to accept an order but for some reason, payment hasn’t been released for the brown pebble leather bag. Normally if a buyer doesn’t accept after 3 days, payment automatically gets released. It’s been 5 days. This seems like a problem on Poshmark but I would really appreciate you accepting the order if all is well with it. Thank you 😊

monicagilliam @lillieolivia Hi sorry I was seeing about returning because it was smaller than I expected. I contacted Poshmark to see if possible, they said I had to do a formal return. I'll contact to cancel & accept the order. Sorry for the wait, next time I'll get out the tape measure for measurements 😉

lillieolivia @monicagilliam I’m so sorry. I truly hate saying this but I need as many of my sales to hit my bank account for rent on Thursday. I lost a roommate so it’s a little tight until I get another one. And I will trade it for another bag in the future, I just am in crunch time.

lillieolivia And I never have a problem with a buyer opening a case against me. That is really the only recourse set in place for returns. If you look at my profile, the ‘about’ section, I outline that. Thank you again.

lillieolivia @monicagilliam okay, so take a picture of the bag, just one. Or put a pic of your dog up, but there has to be an image. Fill in each modifier with whatever you want. But make the price $3. As soon as you list it, I’ll purchase.

lillieolivia @monicagilliam But I have to say, I think I’m doing you a disservice because this will mean you are paying $175 for the other bag. Maybe list the bag at $15. So you’ll get about $12 back and can use that towards another purchase anywhere on Poshmark. That’s been bothering me all weekend.
