Hi Monica. This is Nancy from whom u purchased the Michael Kors shoes. I dropped them at the post office on Monday and I see that they haven’t started tracking. I wanted you to know that I will open a case with USPS which usually prompts USPS to find the package and scan it in - it should already be well on it’s way to you.

Cont’d....I am sure that it’s on it’s way to you - it’s in a pretty large box bc of the orig shoe box enclosed. Also I live in Panama City Fl which just got hit by a hurricane last night so the postmen May be distracted. :-). @mgreer505 great. They are beautiful packed in a large box and I am finding that with our post office all of my “normal size” packages show a scan that might but they bigger ones take a few days but are on the move with the rest of the packages that I dropped off that same day. All the packages that I dropped off along with urs are tracking. Very very frustrating. And I’m so sorry. USPS is having issues these days :-(

I have asked for USPS notifications to be texted to me on the status of your package. I tried to open a USPS case just now, but it is two days too soon :-( . They won't allow me to do so until 9/18/20. If we don't see it tracking by Friday, I will open a formal case. I set a reminder on my calendar. I have notified Poshmark. I have dealt with this before and it will show up soon (except for maybe the hurricane interference :-( Will keep you posted , thanks so much for your patience. Nancy

@mgreer505 Hi Monica, as a buyer myself on Poshmark, I have had both experiences. I drove out to my Post Office in Rosemary Beach Fl & asked them about your package, they directed me to online Help :-( I again submitted a request for assistance. I am so sorry about USPS' delay but they are having a hard time during "these unprecedented times". Also, I would ask for your patience as on Tues and Wed, we were hit by Hurricane Sally & it has disrupted everything. (see next comment)

@mgreer505 Pensacola is the main post that handles the packages from our area (Panama City Beach and Rosemary Beach Florida) & Pensacola received a direct hit & massive damage from Hurricane Sally. I hope that you understand. Our lives have been disrupted and I am sure that USPS is trying their best. You have done what was necessary, I have done what was necessary by shipping the package last Monday, now it is the hands of an embattled USPS in an area with a great deal of Hurricane damage.

@mgreer505 Oh my goodness Monica, there is NO WAY that I could ever think that you were anything but a total sweetheart.... with that cute picture (love your haircut & color :-) I just wanted to convey that USPS is going through a hard time & then we got hit with a hurricane but as you mentioned, communication is the KEY :-) My hope that your package arrived in Pensacola Monday night & it is on its way to you before the hurricane hit & they just neglected to scan it in, which happens!Blessings

Hi Monica: I wanted to update you. I spoke with the Lebanon Postmaster and he indicated that the package was not there in TN. He then instructed me to submit a missing package search (this is a formal search) which I submitted today. Here is my reference numbers:
