mofashionesq @reenie7881 hello there! Glad to hear from you. I shipped your item out on 11/3. The last update on PM was 12/9 & does not reflect a delivery expected date. I’m so sorry this is happening. I very much want you to get the poncho ASAP. I have sent an email to PM hoping they will respond in 24 hours so we can see what to do. I want them to investigate the order via the tracking number smh hopefully we will work this out!

mofashionesq @reenie7881 hi I added wrong date. Item was shipped on 11/8. What’s your location? Maybe you can check with your local postmaster. The details on the tracking information says “Notice left on 11/13 - no secure location available”. Sounds as if they tried to deliver it. Please keep me posted as I will you.

mofashionesq @reenie7881 hello It’s really unfortunate that your package has not arrived. I’m so sorry about that. I believe it’s unfair for you to submit a 1 rating when I’ve been in constant communication with you without a response. There’s a tracking number which also shows multiple delivery attempts without a secure location to leave your package. I am providing verbatim the info PM sent so we can find the package and get it delivered to you ASAP.

mofashionesq @reenie7881 This is the email PM sent once I submitted a problem with delivery. “We appreciate you bringing this to our attention! We're sorry to hear that the package has not been delivered. We will get in touch with the buyer and let them know that the package is waiting for pick up at their local post office as they may have failed to properly notify them”.

Please contact them directly for additional help with tracking. I would advise you to contact your local post office and your the postmaster in your area.
