lisaliberatore Hi Monica, I’m disappointed to see a 4 ⭐️ rating for the Burberry glasses. You indicated-item cleanliness. They were carefully wiped clean by me- not a spot, smear or scratch on them. The case had a small mark on it, visible in one of the photos. Also, please consider that the glasses were quickly shipped to you within an hour of purchase. I hope that you might reconsider and change the rating to 5 ⭐️ and remove the negative comment which might hurt my future sales. Thanks, Lisa😊
