jennaalyssal Hello, My apologies about the order. I’m very disappointed in your one star review as the dress was lost at the post office and was out of my control to fix as I tried to with Poshmark customer service. The late shipping was the fault of the post office. The dress was shipped promptly on time on January 12th. Please send back the free item or request a refund for the purchase. A Calvin Klein dress and necklace for 10 dollars is a steal!

jennaalyssal Also, respectfully it is very harsh to give a one star review when I tried to alleviate the situation with Poshmark and send you a free item. At ten dollars for a Calvin Klein dress, you get what you pay for. The dress was shipped on time January 12th and the package was lost in the mail due to the error of the post office. I work very hard on my sales to have my ratings destroyed by a mix up.

jennaalyssal I rather refund you for the entire purchase (you don’t have to send back the dress) than to have that on my sales history. I apologize shopping with me, was not the experience you were seeking. You could have responded to me as well about the shipping.
