bluebutterfly99 thank you for your purchases. just wondering why you user name changed and is not the same as the one printed on your label? this usually indicated a scammer, especially if the account was just created. I'm going to hold off mailing your item until Monday. Happy Poshing.

tinkerface @bluebutterfly99 Hi! My name didn’t change, but I’m new to Poshmark and when I tried my first user name I got a message it was already taken so I had to create a new one. So maybe this is what you may be talking about, but I promise I’m not a scammer! I can’t wait to get my ring and I’ve been wait!!!

bluebutterfly99 @tinkerface your ring is stuck in Memphis, they have been crazy slow, taking over a week to move on from there 😕 I've had 2 take so long they got reported as lost, hopefully we see it moving on soon!

zoeyposh @tinkerface I relisted it and marked it as reserved, so all you need to do is purchase it again. I would recommend doing it as soon as possible, but whenever you can, and then I will ship the next day. Thank you!

zoeyposh @tinkerface I shipped the fairy but made a mistake by using the original label issued the first time before I canceled. I have the receipt from the postoffice and I sent Poshmark an email today. I spoke to the postoffice today and they said that one of two things may happen. They may deliver it to you and charge you for the postage, even though you already paid Poshmark or they may charge Poshmark and then I would be charged for using the label. Either way you will be reimbursed by me or PM.

zoeyposh @tinkerface The reason USPS would charge us is because it's an invalid label since the transaction was cancelled. I am so sorry. Be assured I will pay you for any money you have to pay or Poshmark will reimburse you and charge me. My fault. I take responsibility.
