azluxe @momopadilla Hi Monique, wanted to follow up with you regarding the 3 star rating on the Vince C shoes. You indicated that my ship time, responsiveness, packaging & description were lacking. You purchased the shoes on Sunday afternoon, I had already pulled items for the day & your item was pulled from warehouse on Monday and was scanned on Tuesday by the PO.

azluxe @ladykrc I wrapped your shoes in plastic bags & shipped in a box. What kind of responsiveness where you looking from me? I’m a person not a company, so when you give me low ratings you actually hurt my Posh stats. If you were unhappy with an item, you could have reached out to me rather than rip me apart on my ratings.
