I'm writing in regards to the 1 star rating you gave me for non response after you accepted your Gucci wallet and completed and accepted the order. my apologies for not responding quickly enough for you as you see, my closet is on vacation til the 6th for a out of town medical emergency, so I have not checked anything on poshmark especially since before I left you accepted your order, then asked for a return afterwards.

I'm sorry.😢 I always strive for 5 star ratings, as with any pre-loved item it will not be in store bought condition and or smells. I did state that in the listing as well as everyone is different with wear/smells. im sorry you are now disappointed.
