theladyfalcon27 Monique, I am so sorry🌷 that it does not fit true to size. My daughter is a little bigger now and I don't remember exactly how it fit on her so I posted the tag size. I believe that it is a US made skirt and we purchased it at a local store like The Children's Place or something of that nature. I am however happy😊 that you were able to make it work. 🛍🛍HAPPY POSHING🛍🛍
