I have several of those boxes and bags and I’m happy to send you the ones in the photo but would like to see what went wrong with the box and bag that was sent. Also , I’m quite sure that the pin was not bent because I personally inspect every item before carefully storing it in an airtight box on a shelf in a clean climate controlled warehouse. gavriel_us @bnew40 yep just got it. The pin is not bent. It is that shaped so that it can reconnect to the clasp. It is bowed on purpose. If it were completely straight the pin would hang from the weight of the crystals. I am More than happy to send you another box, no problem. I have a few different boxes and you can choose. When I get to the warehouse on Monday I can take picture and send. You can choose.

gavriel_us @bnew40 I just wrote to customer support and asked them to allow the return. If you go in to the sale where it says pending acceptance you have the option to not accept the item. I am not sure what that looks like but probably- report a problem, contact seller, something like that. Please do that and tell Posh that we have agreed for you to return the item. I will not contest the return.
