monnierob89 @christinadezida there is a blue light flashing on the cartridge but it wont power on. Am I doing something wrong in turning it on?

xristinaki_ @monnierob89 After you plugged it in, wait and let it warn up a bit. Press the "on" button and wait about 3.5 seconds for the "ready indictator" light to illuminate.

xristinaki_ @monnierob89 - plug it in. Wait for a few seconds for it to warm up and when the indicator light flashes, you press it against the skin and you hold the button. - You will see a pulse of light. You may feel nothing or you may feel a quick snap, depending on the setting. Usually at the beginning you start off on a low level to see how your skin reacts, then you gradually go up a level each time until you feel comfortable.

xristinaki_ Then, you lift the device from your skin and move it to another location. - So every time you want to laser you press it against the skin( not hard just on the surface so you dont burn your skin). - Also, avoid looking at the light when it snaps, for safety. Wear sunglasses or just look away.

xristinaki_ I recommend you use this device once every 3-4 weeks. You could use it every 2 weeks , but depending on your hair growth cycle. It does take time I will admit, but you will see more results after the 3rd use if it's at a higher setting. It takes time ,but you will see a difference definitely. ... I hope this helps, if you have anymore questions.. feel free to ask if you're having some difficulty🙂

xristinaki_ @monnierob89 You said the blue light went on... so it does work. I would not sell a product that does not work. I know the machine works. Its supposed to be plugged in when in use.

monnierob89 Hey!! Totally don't think that you would'nt have tested it before selling it - but something is wrong with it where the control panel is not turning on as I stated above :) :) Additionally... I've already been through instructional videos and online manuals. So regardless if the blue light turns on, I can't really do much with it if the device isn't operational. Why I suggested a video chat is to show you what I mean since it seems like we are not understanding the situation the same way.
