jleha Monica, I saw your rating/comment about the dress you purchased. This item is brand new, It was not from a resale store. The dress had never been owned before by anyone else. I also did not see any rips or deodorant marks, as you stated in the ratings. I am sorry if you weren't pleased -- you could have opted not to accept the dress. But, your rating comments do not accurately reflect the condition of the dress. It was marked NWT because the dress is/was, in fact, new.
