Hi, I am very sorry that it took so long to get to you, but I shipped this item the day you bought it. I did receive an email stating that the item was picked up again for tracking. It is not my fault that the postal service has been slow. If there is anyway you can change the rating I would appreciate it, as you see, I have 5 star rating on shipping. Because of Covid, that is what they tell you when you call the PO. So, again, I am sorry, but I did my part. You should complain to the PO, not me

Good afternoon, I am just keeping you up to speed on your purchase. I mailed it on Saturday and it is supposed to be delivered today but, I checked the tracking on it to make sure it was on track and low and behold our efficient post office routed it in the wrong direction and looks like it is in San Antonio ,Texas 🤔. I just don't see how they could screw this up. Devilery is less than 100 miles from original destination and yet they send it over 1,000 miles in the wrong direction🤦🏽♀️.
