morg50 . I am so sorry I never have problems like this I always hate dealing with this kind of thing with people when I am selling things so I'm sure you're frustrated and I'm so sorry for that. I'm not used to the bank being closed so much because of the holiday so normally this never would be a problem.I am up in Washington and my mom is down in Arizona at my brothers but let me try to get a hold of her and see if she can help me
