morganaxenfeld @amyhthis oh my gosh!!! What a stupid mistake on my part! I'm so sorry mixed up the two. I will gladly send you the Cole Hann once I receive it returned. Thank you so much for letting me know. I'm not sure how poshmark handles these situations but I'm happy to fix it anyway I can. Once the Cole Hann is returned. I'll contact poshmark support in the meantime

amyhthis Ok. No worries! When I received the package I submitted a "claim" with postmark so hopefully they have some way of dealing with these things! It would be ideal if I just ship the boots to whoever got the bag but whatever works!

morganaxenfeld @amyhthis poshmark has sent another notification for the other buyer to send the purse to you. I am following up with them now as well and hoping they will better respond this time!

morganaxenfeld @amyhthis I've sent a follow up message to poshmark saying she hasn't sent the item yet to my knowledge. Unfortunately it doesn't look like she is cooperating which is a shame. I've asked poshmark what happens in this situation but I'd agree it isn't looking like will be sending the item and I'll make sure you aren't charged.

I'm so sorry for this and I'm hoping there is a glitch in the app and they have been well on their way. I will check at my office on Tuesday to make sure this was sent as well. I'll get back to you!

morganaxenfeld @jackietress hi Jackie, I've checked in where I dropped the USPS box off and my mailroom at my office claimed it's been sent. I sent a message to Poshmark asking if this situation has ever happened. I'm going to pull up the tracking info shortly and see if perhaps the tracking on the app isn't working properly. I'm hoping it's on its way and not sitting somewhere. My mail team at my office is terrific so I would be shocked if they made a mistake! I'll let u know what I hear back from Poshmark

morganaxenfeld @jackietress Jackie I've spoken with the support team. They advised me to reach back out if I don't see the package ups tracking by 1/22. I'm worried the package was lost but remaining hopeful that's not the case. I'll let u know what Poshmark says if nothing changes by 1/22
