Hey! I wanted to let you know I just did a last minute inspection of the coat (before responding to your offer). The left pocket is torn at the top, but the pocket flap covers it. I've worn it several times and had never noticed until I was examining. I'm updating the listing with a photo of it now! If you are still interested, then I can definitely accept your offer.
