mollyjfinegan @movelvis like what??? “It’s cordless and has my own branding” I’m so confused. I reached out to poshmark but haven’t heard back yet. But also I wonder since she didn’t send it through the poshmark label if we could just wait it out and cancel the order??

morganrhiana @mollyjfinegan I emailed them tonight when I received it but I’m going to check on the 10 day mark and see if I can cancel just in case. She’s sold a few of these and clearly some have been successfully returned because mine has a username written on the box and when I checked it was a user who had commented asking about tracking on another one of her listings.

mollyjfinegan @movelvis okay they finally did the same for me and I opened a dispute. Are they having you return what she sent? Apparently she has to agree that she sent me the wrong thing too?

morganrhiana @mollyjfinegan I just dropped it in the mail yesterday to return (they sent me a label) I think she just has an opportunity to admit it’s wrong by accepting it as incorrect herself but if not then customer service will, because I got approved for return and I can’t see her doing that herself
