blue_heron13 @thefoxen my pleasure and really, i mean it- if you have questions I am happy to help anytime :) Taking a look at is the FAQ and Guide to Poshmark section might be helpful as well.Buyers are protected, once you receive a purchased item you should look it over.Most items here are preloved,the seller has a duty to disclose flaws.If you find anything major that was undisclosed,you can open a case - so you have 3 full days.

" not fitting" , wrong shade of color , or changing one's mind are not reasons for a bad rating.Before buying- ask questions, ask for measurements - be your own advocate!

blue_heron13 @thefoxen when selling- take several pics of the item, have good lighting!!! Disclose flaws, keep in touch with your buyer - answer questions right away and let them know when you ship their item, package the sold item and write a little thank you note - I hope it gives a buyer joy to open a nicely wrapped package.

thefoxen @mandaaamendoz hi, it did take much longer than expected, I think a little over a week. Normally I would have lost my patience and be angry but I just never know someone's reason. The low price was worth the wait for me. The frustration is completely understandable though. Personally I would at least explain what was happening to my customer. Good luck to you! 💕
