Hi Morgan! I'm giving you an update on the boots you bought me that have not been delivered yet, I just called and started a new case on the package, they told me they will be contacting me in about 2 or 3 days to give me information. They will search for the package and hopefully will be sending to you soon. I will wait for the call, and I will have you informed. Thank you for your patience and I will be contacting you soon! @mldufour Hi Morgan👋, not yet:(. They supposed to called me to give me information about the package these past days and I haven’t received any call from the usps. So last night I decided to fill out another claim on a lost package via online on the USPS website , in the hopes to see if I have more luck , they gave me a number of the claim to check the updates of the claim the num is # 6350532.

@happyjess7 This is the first time I've ever had an issue of not getting mail. It seems that of any facility, USPS should handle these situations most efficiently although thats clearly not the case :( I hope it gets resolved soon. And again, you have been so helpful through this process, I can't thank you enough :)

@mldufour Thank you so much for your kind words. I totally agree this is a rare case, I have sent many packages through usps and this is the first time having an issue with a package. But hopefully we have more luck and this get resolve soon, fingers crossed 🤞🤗
