Hi, there was a slip up with the dress, another buyer received it and u received their tory burch jacket. Are u able to open a case with poshmark to resend and i will mail out once i swap out the items.

@howdyposher I opened a case with Posh over the weekend. I was hoping to have the dress by this Friday as I leave on a business trip for a few weeks. Is there anything I can do to speed the process up?

@mrt777 Did u mail the jacket out? If so, as soon as i receive, i will ship it out. The other buyer mailed the dress to me and i should receive it today or tomorrow. As soon as it is in my possession, i will mail it out right away.

@mrt777 Hi, none except that she mailed it out on the same day as you with a label provided by poshmark so i dont have the ability to track it. As of yesterday, she had not yet received your package and hers to to you was in transit.

I want to apologize profusely for all of the issues that transpired with the purchase of the MM La Fleur Dress. It was shipped back to me, instead of you and i would like to ship it out to you first thing tomorrow morning on my dime and gift it to you for FREE. I am going to contact poshmark so that you dont have to release the funds. My sincerest apologies for all the trouble, you shouldnt have to pay for an error on my part.
