houseofjenny Hello! I bought a red Nike sphere jacket from you, and it was scheduled to be shipped to my home when I was away. I just got home today and checked all my mail/packages and your package is not there. I’m not able to see anything but “delivered” when I try to access the product through the app. What can you tell me about it’s delivery? I have not yet reached out to Poshmark, thought I’d contact you first.

mstevens89 @houseofjenny hi, I was notified that it went out for delivery but was rerouted back to the post office per your request and that’s what it kept showing me, that it was at the post office.

houseofjenny @mstevens89 I reported to Poshmark that the item never showed up. I'll let you know when they reply. I'm hoping they can help us! I don't even have a tracking number. Can you share it if you have it? I literally have nothing to go on, and can't access a thing.
