sharkylove3 I didn’t see a scuff mark at all. If I would have seen it, I would have definitely put that in the description. Contact Posh Customer service & provide them a pic of the scuff mark. If they allow u to return it, u’ll receive ur refund as soon as I receive the bag back.

morganjdickson1 @sharkylove3 yeah I’ve given it a shot to remove it from the side and haven’t been able to so far. I took a picture but i just wanted to connect with you to ask if you had any idea of how to fix it because I do love the bag and would want to try to remove it if I can !

sharkylove3 @morganjdickson1 try a tiny tiny bit of rubbing alcohol on a q-tip. I would have tried to remove it if I had seen it and would have posted about it if I hadn’t been able to remove it. Can u post a pic of it in ur closet so I can see it? U can delete your post after.
