adub79 @fatlobemoe me too😂 I started loosing weight in April 2017 & had to buy a ton of clothes. But I kept loosing & ended up loosing 50lbs. I was able to wear some of them but... I do like to breath, so, yah😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣

fatlobemoe @captainfun about 3 years. Including recovery time for a broken ankle. I always want to put a pair of skates on everyone lol

fatlobemoe @captainfun my fibula cradled to where it was pretty much hanging by a thread. Luckily no surgery or bionics. From the way I broke it it pulled everything on the inside of my ankle. It still hurts to this day. I think more than the actual break in all. I'd like to think I did even though it was never really checked. I'm the opposite of a hypochondriac so I really just tried to keep moving and not let it slow me down. 😊

captainfun @fatlobemoe No tears though? I bet there is still some scar tissue left over which is still causing pain. Deep tissue or acupuncture would take care of the left over pain. Good that you keep moving for sure.
