morgabel1 @milimarink I would like a refund. After looking at it during the day it is not in excellent condition as described. The card holders are very used. It is coming apart at the top when you open it. There are marks on it and a small tear at the top. Your pictures don’t show that and you did not describe any of this. This agenda looks very used vintage

milimarink @morgabel1 I am very sorry you feel that way, what do you mean by the cardholders being very used? Did you look at all of the pics carefully? There are close-up photos and in the comments of the listing I did say it’s 12-15 yrs old. I am not sure what you were expecting. It’s not brand new condition definitely, but EUC I would say for sure. If you want a refund or somehow to adjust the pricing I’d be happy to do that for you. It’s a lot of money to not be satisfied with a purchase!

I think you need to improve on your quality of pictures, show ALL the issues that your product has and make the description what it really is because this is not excellent condition. I would take a picture and show you what you didn’t post but there is no need. I will package it up and send it back to you I’m the morning. Thank you

I appreciate the honest feedback! It will only make me a better seller with satisfied buyers. My intention is not to be deceitful and/or hide flaws in order to make sales, this is a hobby for me I’m simply getting rid of stuff I don’t want/use anymore. I will contact posh in which I did yesterday so I don’t know what you are talking about. You promised my refund and also in which it is stated in your listing and now you don’t want to refund my money because of something posh Said. The package is already on its way back to you!

I pay seller fees so you wouldn’t get the full $ back anyway if I refund you what I made from the sale. Please deal with Poshmark going forward thank you.
