minnow050705 I am a serious buyer. I have purchased Louis Vuitton on Poshmark before and had a great experience. I have also made many other Poshmark purchases. When I purchased my previous Louis Vuitton item through Poshmark they authenticated the item since it was above $500. I apologize I have not purchased outside of Poshmark before and it is totally new to me. I apologize if my questions are annoying however, when spending $750 I think my questions are valid.

minnow050705 @5starsforyouPoshmark & you didn't listen.I asked for a credit to reflect the true condition of the quilt.As a seller you should always be honest in your description.Your description of EUC wasn't true as you failed to disclose that there were several stains.Instead of being in a hurry to resell it to another customer you should consider doing the right thing & credit me.I am only keeping because my Son really wanted it,but I am not at all ok with what I paid for it.Honesty is the best policy.

minnow050705 @5starsforyou I never asked for a refund. I asked for an adjustment on the price which I stated in my first comment. Poshmark also has record of this request. As a courtesy I washed it hoping the stains would come out and when they did not I reached out asking for the adjustment. I would not have paid what I paid had I known there were stains. The quilt was not EUC as you stated. My request was fair. I did not even leave you a negative review which I now regret.

5starsforyou @minnow050705 I believe the options are to keep the item or return the item. I’m not aware of a store or buying situation where you buy an item, keep it, but then ask for money back from what the price was Bc you don’t like it as much as you thought you would. At least I am not aware of that. You had every opportunity to return it for a full refund. However, You chose to keep the item. Therefore you paid the price that was listed.

minnow050705 @5starsforyou You are taking zero responsibility for your dishonest listing. Your listing was not truthful. It was not excellent used condition as you said it was. You mentioned nothing of the stains nor did you photograph them. I asked for an adjustment to reflect the appropriate condition. I have never come across a seller that is so dishonst, unprofessional and manipulative by trying to turn their dishonesty around and blame the buyer.

5starsforyou @minnow050705 in the original case, you were granted a refund and given a return label to return the item. (At no point we’re you offered money back AND to keep the item) At that point, your options are to keep the item and pay, or return and not pay. Therefore, if you didn’t feel the price was fair, you should have returned the product for a full refund. Sorry but over a week of time has elapsed since you received the item, and I have been paid. Next time return the item if you aren’t happy.

I have contacted my credit card and filed a dispute and reported your unprofessional comments to Poshmark and will not participate in your immature cover up of what really happened which was you were dishonest.
