patdipat Hello, I just want to apologize for your Cole Haan recent purchase. Neither of us has ever seen the tear under the flap of the shoe! It’s been several years since my husband has worn them and he had never realized it either. Oddly enough, I even cleaned around the edges to rid them of all dust, etc. so am amazed that I never saw the damage. patdipat @mwlittle1224 Morris, there is no way you aren’t going to get your money back plus postage! Tell me what you totally paid and I will send you a check. I did write Poshmart after I wrote you and said that i take full responsibility for the tear in the shoe, said to please understand that it would have served me no purpose to have intentionally and knowingly to send them out that way and if they haven’t refunded your money to please do so. What do you think? Do you think they will do it?

patdipat @mwlittle1224 Please, thank you for understanding Morris. That’s a good idea but just know we will cover everything. I couldn’t find on your package the postage to send them back. This happened so fast I would have suggested you keep them, get them repaired, and we would STILL refund everything. My husband said if they fit and you liked them we would gladly send them back if you think they can be repaired properly. Your call but regardless, you will be totally reimbursed.
