ddavis83 @vintageroots7 yes, i did receive the watch very disappointed. No where in the description did you state that the watch needs a battery.. The watch does not work.. very misleading,, Too much money to be stuck with another watch that need a battery..

danisthredup @ddavis83 I just saw your rating to the purchase you made of my watch. Just so you’re aware, there no way I can respond to your rating, nor are we allowed to change/hide the rating, so I’m not sure what you meant by didn’t even respond. I’m not able because we’re not provided with your email or personal information. I provided ALL information and I didn’t even think of the battery because it’s been sitting in a box for over 6 months.

danisthredup I do feel terrible, but I always provide as much detail as possible because if I don’t, all that does it cause issues, delays in payment, and an unhappy buyer. So, like I said, I’m truly sorry that after all the other info and tons of pictures I did provide, that I didn’t even think of the battery. A battery costs $5 at any local jewelry store, and my price on the watch was less than half the retail price.

danisthredup I really wish you had allowed me the chance to respond prior to assuming I chose to deceive my buyer in any way, because that’s not who I am. Like I said, there’s no way for the seller to contact unless it’s like this, as opposed to personally via email or phone, and I just saw a notification on your rating.
