ssfenoglio Such an interesting rating on the backpack you ordered. I included 10 pictures with measurements. I pointed out the distressed flaw. I packaged it in the original shopping bag from Spain which I thought was a nice touch. I et you know I was going to ship it a day late. I feel my description and communication was pretty good. I looked the bag over and if it was dirty I apologize. I thought it looked pretty good. I must have missed something.
