laurabell46 OMG, I am so sorry!!! I will reimburse you for them. Send them back to me and I will pay postage. You had 3 days to accept them or refuse them. Why didn’t you just say something right away? I didn’t try to mislead you; I don’t know how I could have done that. Again, I am so sorry.

tere5056 @laurabell46 even if it says that its not true for pradas in the usa. You needed to have stated the exact size the shoe and box stated, not an incorrect translation. I am also sorry, I really wanted these shoes. What can we do to solve this, i am unfamiliar with poshmark. I contacted support yesterday and they have not answered although they did send me an auto response they are running behind answering emails.

laurabell46 @tere5056 How was I to know that Prada has different sizing. As far as I know 39.5 = 8.5 !!! I wear an 8.5 shoe and they fit me.

laurabell46 Did you try on the boots? I can’t understand why they fit my feet which measure an 8.5 US , but don’t fit you.??? Also, the boots are impeccable and sent within 24 hours; I do not believe I deserve your 1 star rating.

tere5056 @laurabell46 Of course I tried them on, thats when I realized they were large on me and I checked the size. I wanted them to fit, I love the shoes. And you are right they are impeccable. But, had you stated they were size 391/2 I would not have bought them. I have experience with the eu sizings. (Even poshmarks shoe sizer states 38.5=8.5)

tere5056 @laurabell46 Poshmark makes it very difficult to contact the seller, only until the rating email popped up was i able to. When I checked on how to make a return PM states that I have to go thru them, so I contacted support. They have yet to contact me back.

laurabell46 @tere5056 Well, I will do whatever is necessary to rectify this situation as long as you change the rating. Send me the boots and I will reimburse you. You will I have to trust me to send you the money once I receive the boots. Of course I would prefer we go through PM. That way I can list them for sale again!

And although I really believe the fault lies with your sizing description, I also think it was unintentional on your part. So I’m giving you your 5 star rating and (I don’t want to ruin anything for you) and I’ll figure out what to do with the shoes.
