@melissagailray hi you can use any type of box as long as it's not a USPS flat rate box. And poshmark send you the shipping label so you shouldn't have to come out of pocket for the shipping because I've paid for it and they give you up to 5 pounds in weight. I'll wait until this evening just keep me updated and if not it's fine just cancel the order

@melissagailray I'm sorry I am just seeing this. There should be a tracking number with the package. I was able to cancel the order and got refunded last week. Best wishes and sorry it didn't work out.
