sabrinamarina05 Hi. I'm not sure what you had expected from the shoes you bought. The shoes are my husband's who didn't want them and were gifted to him. You never asked about where they were from. Not sure if they're from Ross, but thanks for the feedback. Will make sure they say NOT IN BOX and further details to please buyers like yourself.

munirihpeace @sabrinamarina05 If you had listers that they were from Ross I could have expected them to be defective in some way. These are more of an 8.5 than they are a 9.5. I can’t even get my foot in them. The Ross tag was stuck in the shoe, noticeable from the outside of the shoe when looking at them in person. I find it hard to believe you didn’t know they were from Ross. I expect a full refund, as I can’t even wear them; an issue we could have avoided if there was transparency.
