theatticfinds I just received your message.Posh Mark just emailed me today.I have not received the boots back yet.I contacted Posh Mark a couple of weeks ago because your package had said shipped but not delivered.When I contacted UPS they said there wasn't a safe place for delivery.So I thought you was affected with the hurricane.Posh Mark said that they would contact you. I am very sorry for the delay and the frustration with this process.I am truly sorry.

cvsqueen8371 @wisor77 thank you for your reply. I hated to leave the 1 star but didn’t know how else to get your attention. Once I receive the boots I will change. They did not leave because of postage due- I can and you a pic— I really want the boots. If you want my number to communicate pls let me know

theatticfinds @cvsqueen8371 I am here to help in anyway I can. I want you to have a good experience and enjoy your purchase. I am just waiting for the boots to come back. Do you know when they were sent back? I have been in contact with Posh Mark but they haven't told me that part. I wish there was a better way to communicate on here.

cvsqueen8371 @wisor77 I will try to contact the post office with the original tracking number to find out. I know they tried to deliver 3x and then were returned I believe there was a weekend involved also— I would have paid the postage and gotten a credit from poshmark but I am only there 1 day a week. My son and his family live with me and they did not have any cash to pay the postage

cvsqueen8371 The post office recorded message says they still have the package and I set up for redlivery tomorrow I will pay the extra postage and have poshmark give me a credit. I will let you know if they do in fact come. Thanks for your help

cvsqueen8371 @wisor77 I believe you will be getting them today and then if you can ship them back in the correct box without postage due that Would be perfect also can I give you a different address to ship them to? I would rather they come to my job this way there won’t be any confusion at my house since I am rarely there

theatticfinds @cvsqueen8371 I can send them wherever as long as posh Mark has updated adress. They will be giving me a new shipping label to put on the package. I hope they come today so I can get them mailed back to you asap.
