silverbronze Hey there, just got your comments; you should be getting the coat on Monday; I sent it by USPS Priority Mail on Friday. A refund is fine. I know that mix-ups can happen. I am glad you will be getting your favorite coat back! You should be getting the Nau coat on Monday. If you wish to offer it again for sale in a week or two I would be glad to get it, but would pay around $60.00 for it. I am starting my Christmas shopping early!

mythicmuse @silverbronze oh my goodness thank you so much!!!! So, I put in a request to support to figure out how to process your return, because usually returns are processed by "not accepting" the shipment in the order details. Becaise you accepted the shipment I dont know how to initiate a refund. Hopefully I hear back tomorrow from support.

And btw my mom felt so badly about it that she sent you a letter! ..which should arrive tomorrow. I let her know that we are in communication and settling everything!

silverbronze Hey there, I have a idea. I just got an Ivanka Trump coat a friend gave me, and it is gorgeous! However, I know I will not wear it; it just does not fit quite to my liking. Would you be interested to trade the Nau for the Ivanka? Shall look for the picture of it under Ivanka Trump items. The Ivanka is deep blue, very well made and in great shape.

silverbronze I am looking for a way to post this; I had ordered it a while back for my friend, and she never wore it; said it was a tad too big, so she gave it to me. It will just sit in my closet and when I saw the Nau, I knew that would fit better. If you like, I can send it Monday. what is best mailing address? silverbronze Oops! I just sent the Ivnka coat to you! Oh well, if you do not wish to wear it, sell it on Poshmark! It's fine; send the Nau coat with shipping refund, not a problem. I talked with your mom and the Patagonia coat should get there tonight by eight this evening. Gave her the tracking number, and she checked it. Have sent the Ivanka via UPS and gave that tracking number to your mom as well. Also included a couple of gifts for you and your mom- hope you like them!

silverbronze Talked with your mom today, twice at about 5PM Mountain time and again at around 7 PM Mountain time, and she had not got the package; said she had been in and out of the house. I made sure she had the tracking number, and when she looked it up it said it was in transit.

silverbronze I just now looked up the tracking number, at 10:30PM, and it said it had been delivered at around 12PM today. Could someone else have gotten the package while she was out of the house? I know I sent it to the right address. It siad package delivered to a resident.

silverbronze OK, this is really weird. I think regarding the above post, I had put in the wrong tracking number. I just now double checked, and I am sure I put in the right number. This time it is saying the same thing it said when your mom checked it; the package is en route to the next station before it gets to the address.
