pinkpineappletr @jbaisley we are so sorry. We have another one but it is black and a tad smaller. Would you want that or a refund? We try to double box all our items if we are able to stay under the 5 lbs. we know this must be so frustrating as it is a gift. Please let us know what is best.

pinkpineappletr @jbaisley As a seller, I strive to package all items with great care, all items are bubbled, wrapped in paper, boxed and marked fragile. The item was shipped promptly. I will do anything necessary to replace or refund and would appreciate your review being based on my customer service and not the mail system, I will open a case to get a refund started and will keep you updated.
