It looked like it had been opened many times and not clean like new unused products look. I’m happy to release payment but I’m a little concerned this product had be used before. I did get all you messages sorry I was at the park with my son. 😊 I completely understand the packaging not fairing well during shipping that totally happens I was just concerned about the eye cream being used.

My husband sent back your original item the other day so hopefully you will be getting it soon.
