Hi, thanks for thinking about releasing the funds. However, I am wondering why a 4 star rating was given when you haven't picked up your package yet? Was there something that could have been improved upon that I am missing? Lower ratings affect my business negatively, which has a longer term impact than me waiting a few extra days for some funds. I hope that makes sense.
