mykaylanburner @oui_oui_closet hi! The post office is requesting $14.29 for remaining shipping costs. Poshmark wants me to send the boots back to you for repackaging and reshipping

oui_oui_closet @mykaylanburner that doesn't make any sense at all! I used the prepaid post office box.. and the label allowed for 5lbs and it was much less weight than that. Please contact POSH support and let them know what's going on. I'll do the same. I'm sorry this is happening

oui_oui_closet I've messaged posh. I don't understand why they would require more money this was not heavy at all and it's a post office box... something doesn't sound right

mykaylanburner @oui_oui_closet I know right. I contacted poshmark support yesterday and they just replied. The message says “When the delivery service requires additional postage, your seller may have mistakenly shipped your item in the wrong type of packaging or the order may be overweight. If you do not want to pay the additional postage fees, we understand. Please refuse the order and it will be sent back to the seller, who will need to repackage the item properly and request a new shipping label.

Then, send us a photo of your receipt and we would be happy to reimburse you the additional postage fees in Posh Credits!” I will probably just accept it and send them a pic of the receipt because I really want my boots now!

oui_oui_closet @mykaylanburner so weird because it was not overweight and I used a authorized post office box. I have a message to them, let's see what happens from here. We will get it figured out. 😊

mykaylanburner @oui_oui_closet hello. I picked up the package and paid the additional $14.29. The box seems fine it only weighed 3 lbs so I am unsure as to what the reason was. I contacted Poshmark again with a picture of the box so hopefully they will reimburse me. I LOVE the boots. I will leave you a review as soon as I hear back from Poshmark. Thank you so much!!
