I wish you had let me know that you were unhappy right away and I would have refunded your purchase. I pride myself on selling quality items (please notice my feedback) and always disclose any flaws, as I did with you and lowered the price as a result.

angeline36 @gfiorante50 - You’re right, we mentioned the piling as you told me they were new with tags. I took your word as it having “slight” piling. As you wrapped this item up, you had to have noticed the extent of it.. and it’s not slight. They’re ruined and therefore unwearable.

For the future, if you receive an item that you are not happy with, please let the person who sold it know right away before you accept it. That way you can be refunded. Again, I sincerely apologize that you are unhappy.
