nycide Hi I see Poshmark has canceled the sale and you are returning the suit with the now broken belt. My only problem is how do I now go to the USPS and claim damages? Did you notify the USPS about the damage? Are you returning the damaged box back to me? You stated the belt can’t be repaired so without you notifying USPS about the condition of the box I don’t see how I make a claim. If for nothing else, when you return the suit to me, please explain to the postal clerk what happened.

nycide Hi Did you return the suit as well as the original box ? Without it I can’t make a claim & actually you should have taken it to the post office start a claim T post office would then reimburse you for the damages but now & especially because all you’ve sent me are photos I can’t make a claim for the damages...

guytonmyra Sorry I was slow to respond. I've been dealing with this bug going around. I shipped the suit and box back. I placed mailing label over your label. So that it will be easier to remove without destroying the old label and box. I took pictures and posted to Posh site. Hopefully you'll get the process started. I'm am sincerely sorry for this chain of events. Is there anything else?

guytonmyra According to USPS, seller or recipient can file. Must have postal receipt, insurance, and value of item. I now know I should have kept the box and suit. But, you can mail the item and box back, file claim as per instructions, and get reimbusrt. I'll have refund, you'll have claim disbursement.

guytonmyra Do you have any better ideas. According to what I read, I must return any evidence upon request to post office to follow your claim. I hope you have receipt or appraisal for the suit. So you can get full benefit from this unfortunate ordeal. What is you suggestion. I'm trying to help, however I can.
