grandmatravel That doesn't make sense. Can you take a picture of the box and send to me? It didn't weigh more than 5 lbs so it shouldn't have been more postage. It may have been in a box not the USPS priority box but it wasn't a huge box

grandmatravel I tried to call the post office to see why there would be postage due but can't get a live person. I put in a email with the question. I will be going to the post office in a little while to see what they can tell me. Did you pay the extra shipping? It says it was left on your porch

grandmatravel @brendaleggitt I just left the post office. they said it was the box dimensions but it was not over 108 inches around so they are amazing Columbus OH. I would recommend you on the original purchase screen request returning it. I am still trying but I dont want you out that much. this basically means it cost almost 40 to ship it which is crazy.

grandmatravel @brendaleggitt they say it was the deminsions but it was not over 108 inches which is what Posmark says it can be so again I am so sorry.

grandmatravel I heard back from the post office today. This was their response. I explained to them that the Poshmark rate is set for under 5 lbs and gave them the information on the website for Poshmark. We are sorry about this issue. Checked our system, from AZ to OH, 3lbs,1 oz cost $21.20 to ship by Priority mail, the sender only paid $7.21, the postage is short. If you have any question, please email us back

brendaleggitt @grandmatravel Thank you for the update. I am an avid Poshmark shopper, terribly disappointed in this transaction. That being said, I am waiting to see if our carrier will attempt to collect $30.90 from me. I will not pay more postage than I have already paid thru Poshmark.

grandmatravel @brendaleggitt I have shipped packages routinely and when it is a bundle it doesn't fit in their box. I have NEVER had an issue with this and have reported it to Poshmark. I also dont understand the $30.80 due when their message says it should have cost $21.20 to ship and $7.21 was already paid. I am so sorry and understand your frustration. you should not have to pay more
