livinlegging Can you confirm that you didn't receive the glasses because I sent them from the day you ordered them and now I'm really worried because Poshmark sent me an email to remind me to ship the item but I've already sent it, then when I look in the follow-up it says: Pending scans so I really don't understand what's happening 😳🤦🏽‍♀️

livinlegging Hi Since I’m new on Poshmark, I didn’t know that everytime I send a parcel that I have to go at a counter. I tought that just dropping it in the mailbox was okay but since the update was staying on: pending scan, I was really worried because I did send the parcel the same day you order it.

livinlegging I am really sorry about that, and won’t do that mistake anymore. Don’t cancel the transaction because it might take a little more time to get to you than it was suppose too. So just have a look at your mailbox everyday, it’s on is way. Thank you so much in advance for your comprehension.

livinlegging So I contacted CANADA POST and they explain to me that When you drop an item in the mailbox it may not get scans even up to delivery, this is because it's being sent through lettermail channels and not parcels. By dropping it at a counter you would see this scan to delivery. So the Poshmark system is not seeing updates happening and is.
