cesa44 Hi! i am very sorry about the boots , i didn't know that the zipper was broken this boots were not mine never worn by me. i inspected the boots and i didn't see any damage if i knew the zipper was broken i would have mentioned in the description and sell it for a very low price or not even sell it.

hype_luna @almas12 Thank you. The zipper itself is not broken but the part where you pull the zipper up and down from one side, and the little metal square that holds the bottom part of the zipper in the other shoe it’s gone, (that little part did break). I don’t know how to contact support and my work week its very busy this week & weekend to deal with this issue. Can you contact them please? I’ll keep them, but will pay a lower price as I might need to take them to get the zipper fix.
