beautymerchnco @myriamfrancoeur Thank you for your question! 😊 When you receive a sale you will be emailed a shipping label for your customer. **Please note that the customer has three hours to cancel their order from the time of purchase. So you may not receive the email for the shipping label right away.** From your email you can print out their information and label your package for shipping. Then take it to your local post office and drop it off! Just that simple!

beautymerchnco Also, PM shows you a tick list once you receive a sale. It will remind you to print the label, pack your item(s) and mail it. That way you don’t forget a step! Does that help answer your question?
