Please get examined at any age as 1 in 8 women even in their 20’s, 30’s and on will get breast cancer regardless of a healthy lifestyle or genes! I ate organic, very fit and had no breast cancer genes. If you are HER2 positive (receptors on your cells) any alcohol even one drink a week will increase the risk of breast cancer by 50%! An itch on your nipple tip is a sign of cancer. Unfortunately many women on Posh will get breast cancer. But you need to catch it early before it spreads! Breast cancer has skyrocketed in the last 5yrs. Please read up on how to prevent it through diet and get checked with an ultrasound if you are told you have dense breasts (even if you are an A cup) as a mammogram won’t detect a small tumour in dense breasts A B C D cup.
