thefashionloft @mvhoose Hi! I saw that you received the Soft Surroundings top. I saw the review and that you were unhappy about the ship time. I actually shipped it the day after you placed the order but it was delayed by the post office. During this time of the year, packages get delayed due to the high amount of packages being shipped for the holiday season. I apologize but this issue was actually out of my control.

lizziesun I'm very sorry but while packing your order I noticed that the top has a small hole next to the inner seam of the left sleeve, it is not very noticeable, the hole is the size of a lentil. It is up to me to let you know before sending it to you, you still have your right to cancel the order. no problem because for me it is very important that you are happy and satisfied with your order.
