@travel_kitty i was only received an email from postmark to let me know they sent you an updated to remind you about this order since marh 9 the purchase was made on March 6 today is March 17 every time I check if you ship it, the order remains awaiting shipping now you need to talk to postmark if you really already ship it or when i receive it you will always get your payment from them
