mecaking @divanettaboo sorry to bother you again but someone called from the post office in Maryland and wasn’t much help so I called customer service and reopened a new claim . The number is #09032804. They said we can call the district post office where it was last scanned which is 7328193260. She also gave me the number to the destination district post office which is 2026361200.

mecaking @divanettaboo hi I’ve tried to create another case because they closed the other one today. I’m now at the post office I dropped the package off at. I’ve shipped other packages to Maryland and they got there within 2 days. Something is not right. I’ve also emailed posh mark. Hopefully they can help.

bossyxoxo @mecaking This is so crazy. How can they close the case without finding the package. I looked again and the tracking still hasn’t moved. I’m hopeful that it would be found since it was sent by priority and I really want the item. I’ve been receiving packages as well with no issues. Let me know if I need to submit a claim as well.
